I just finished reading We Learn Nothing by Tim Kreider. I hadn't heard of Tim or his cartoons, but I found the book full of wisdom and touching stories. I heard about it through Tim Ferriss's post containing an audio version of one of the stories: "Lazy: A Manifesto," which is about appreciating life and not rushing through it.
While I didn't find all of the stories super interesting or inspiring, there were enough thought-provoking gems hidden in here that it was an enjoyable read, especially the stories near the end about the power of genetics and family love. Below are my biggest takeaways.
